Located next to Bender-1 Railway Station, the 6-metre stele is part of the Memorial to the Revolutionary, Military and Labour Glory of Railway Workers and represents three generations of railwaymen. A monument commemorating the 1918 “Black Fence” massacre and the Museum Complex of the Glory of Railway Workers make up the other components of the memorial site.
